SUBSTATION - EMCO undertakes turnkey EPC Substation Projects in T&D Sector up to 765 kV from concept to commissioning, including GIS, Industrial Switchyards and Power Distribution Systems. EMCO also undertakes upgradation and revamping of existing distribution systems and power evacuation system for power projects. EMCO has executed more than 50 nos of 400/220/132 kV Switch yards for various utilities across India and is also executing 330 kV Switch yards in Africa. EMCO also has strategic tie-ups with reputed international suppliers for Gas Insulated Sub-stations (GIS) and has the capability to deliver customised solution as per customer needs..
TRANSMISSION LINES & TOWERS - EMCO Transmission lines division provides turnkey solutions from concept to commissioning of EHV Transmission line packages up to 765 kV AC /+-800 kV HVDC on turnkey basis. EMCO has executed more than 600 kms of 765 kV AC and 1000 CKMs of 400 kV AC Transmission Lines for PGCIL and other Utilities. It also has a State-of-the-art manufacturing facility to produce 45,000 MTPA of Tower steel in Vadodara. We have in-house capability of designing, engineering and testing towers up to 765 kV AC /+-800 kV HVDC for our customers. EMCO has also manufactured and supplied Tower steel upto 400 kV in Middle East and Africa.

METERS - EMCO is synonymous with smart, accurate, reliable, tamper-proof and modern metering technology. Its static energy meters and metering solutions are technological marvels that incorporate the latest innovations to enable power distribution companies operate with greater efficiency. Due to their superior performance and value-added features, these meters and metering solutions are being used for distribution reforms. EMCO's Metering Solutions include Smart Meters with various communication technologies like LPR, PLC, GSM and GPRS.
